Our brown rice crackers are made from a blend of carefully selected brown rice, pearl barely, wheat germ and seeds. The dough is lightly steamed and baked to crispy perfection and seasoned with Japanese shoyu. No artificial chemicals, sweeteners or additives are added to them.
Easily digestible, they make a delicious snack for both young and old to enjoy.

Our chips are made of brown rice, or potato as base with seaweeds, vegetables, barely, etc added for flavour. They are then fried in rice bran oil and centrifuged to remove excess oil.
