- 2-3 fresh Lotus Roots
- 150g Organic Pinto Beans
- 3-4 Organic Carrots
- 10 Organic Red Dates
- HiFloAM Water
- Himalayan Rock Salt
Rinse the Beans and soak them overnight.
Rinse and put all the ingredients in Filtered Water, bring it to a boil.
Simmer for about 1-2 hours.
Add Salt to flavour.
