Natto is a popular Japanese food taken daily with meals for thousands of years. Our natto is fermented traditionally using Japanese soybeans and then freeze dried to preserve the nutrients and enzymes, including the famous NATTOKINASE enzymes which has been shown to dissolve blood clots.
Natto also contains high levels of Vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 has been shown to improve bone and dental health and prevent calcification in blood vessels and kidneys. (However, those on wafarin or anti-coagulant medication are advised to avoid this product).
