According to the FDA, "Diets rich in whole grain foods and other plant foods and low in total fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol may reduce the risk of heart disease and some cancers." Furthermore, "Diets low in sodium may reduce the risk of hypertension or high blood pressure, a disease associated with many factors." It is also a good source of protein, thiamin (B1), niacin (B3), phosphorus, magnesium, and copper.
Hard Red Wheat's high gluten content and expanding growing areas have caused it to become the number one grain flour in the world. It is known as 'bread flour' and is also used for crackers, pancakes, pretzels.
Fresh wheat grass is rich in Vitamin A, C, calcium, iron and enzymes. Helps to normalize metabolism, for cleansing and rejuvenation. Wash and soak wheat grain for 6 hours. Drain water and cover in dark for about 1 day. Until seed start to root. During this time wash 2-3 times a day. Then spread seeds evenly on a tray and sprinkle. Water, cover with a moist paper towel and keep in cool place for about 2-3 days till sprouts appear, keep paper towel moist. Place under indirect sunlight for about 7 days. Watering once or 2x each day. Harvest as close to soil. Juice about 30 ml to drink each time 2-3times a day. Cut grass last 7 days refrigerated.
