Traditional Noodles, Eden Kamut. Udon is cut from thoroughly kneaded, rolled, and repeatedly laminated dough for the best texture, flavor, and nutrition. 100% American family farm organically grown kamut, an ancient wheat that is easier to digest than modern wheat. Delicious is hot kombu shoyu soy sauce broth, or in salads and stir fries.
To Prepare: Cook in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, Drain, toss and serve. To reheat, briefly submerge in boiling water
