Saw-Tooth Coriander
This is widely used as garnishing on top of fried dish or soup. Because you normally eat them raw it is vital that you buy organically grown ones. They are said to taste like cilantro but stronger. Thai fried rice: Heat oil in a wok and add the shrimp paste, stir in garlic and mix until translucent. Add chili flakes and add the cooked rice and stir constantly while the rice is heated through. Add half of the eggs and mix well. Turn heat off and add saw-toothed coriander. Garnish plate with mango slices, chilies and more saw-toothed coriander.
