Traditional crafted Soba Pasta is cut from thoroughly kneaded, rolled and repeated laminated dough for the best texture, flavor, and nutrition. It is 100 % American family farm organically grown wheat and whole buckwheat. Delicious in a shoyu soy sauce kombu broth, or sprinkled with gomasio (Sesame salt).
To Prepare: Cook in boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes. Drain, toss, and serve. To reheat, briefly submerge in boiling water.
