Traditional Noodles: Eden Spelt Udon is cut from thoroughly kneaded, rolled, and repeatedly laminated dough for the best texture, flavor, and nutrient. 100% American family farm organically grown spelt, an heirloom grain that is easier to digest that modern wheat. Delicious in a shoyu soy sauce kombu broth, or sprinkled with gomasio (sesame salt).
To prepare: Cook in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain, toss, and serve. To reheat, briefly submerge in boiling water.
