TAKUAN DAIKON PICKLES (NG)

A typical Japanese pickle made from daikon radish, sea salt and rice bran. Nature's Glory Takuan contains no chemical preservatives, additives or colorings.
In addition to rice bran, takuan contains linoleic acid, which removes cholesterol from the blood. Consequently, takuan prevents hardening of the arteries.
It could be used as an ingredient in sushi roll.
Ingredients: Daikon Radish, Sea Salt and Rice Bran.
Storage: Keep refrigerated.
