Udon is cut from thoroughly kneaded, rolled, and repeatedly laminated dough for the best texture, flavor, and nutrition. 100% American family farm organically grown spring wheat. Delicious in a shoyu soy sauce kombu broth, or sprinkled with gomasio (sesame salt).
To Prepare: Cook in boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes. Drain, toss, and serve. To reheat, briefly submerge in boiling water.
