Wheat and rice Udon is cut from thoroughly kneaded, rolled and repeatedly laminated dough for the best texture, flavor, and nutrition. A blend of American family farm organically grown wheat and rice. Delicious In a shoyu soy sauce kombu broth, or just sprinkled with sesame salt.
To Prepare: Cook in boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes. Drain, toss, and serve. To reheat, briefly submerge in boiling water.
