What is the FluInfluenza or the ‘flu’ is a highly contagious respiratory illness by the influenza virus that attacks the human body, spreading through the upper or lower respiratory tract. While a cold might seem similar, the flu is often more severe, occurs abruptly out of nowhere and leads to life-threatening illnesses. Symptoms of the flu include running nose, fevers, coughs, headaches, fatigue and weakness.

- Use a tissue to cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze to prevent the spread of germs
