How do I place an order?

Click through our selection of quality products and add the items you desired into your Cart. Once completed, you can go ahead through to the Checkout to finish the transaction. Payment is done via credit/debit card via ShopPay, GPay or Paypal. Choose your shipping method and additional delivery charges (if any), before going ahead to fill in your credit card and complete the payment.

Can I change, add or replace an item?

Once payment is made and the order is completed, changes cannot be made. 

Does Nature’s Glory deliver to my neighbourhood?

We are currently delivering islandwide-- Central/City Area/Outside Central/City/Outskirts of Singapore.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently do not ship overseas.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge a delivery fee of $10 for orders below $100, and FREE Delivery for any orders above $100. There is no minimum order amount.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We usually make deliveries within 2-3 working days, subject to the location and delivery schedule. Deliveries may be earlier or later, depending on delivery schedules. Please also note that we do not deliver on Public Holidays, Sundays and Company holidays. Due to festive or other peak periods, deliveries may also be delayed. 

During this Covid-19 period, we are still aiming to complete deliveries within 2-3 working days, unless otherwise stated.

How do I order Pre-order items?

Currently, some grocery fresh items (like bread and chicken) are pre-orders, meaning that you have to make pre-payment during Checkout first. Due to the availability of the items, your delivery may be subject to delays. Please read the specific instructions on the individual pre-order items before adding to your Cart. 

What if my item is Out of Stock?

As we carry limited quantities of certain items, they may become Out of Stock. Do check back again periodically when they become available again.

Do you do exchanges or refunds?

We are able to do exchanges for Fresh Produce within 24 hours of purchase/delivery from our showroom, only if they are defective. 

For items other than Fresh Produce, they may be exchanged at our showroom within 3 days of delivery, if kept in the original packaging and are still in good condition. We are unable to do refunds with cash.

Will my information be kept private?

Your information will be kept strictly private. We will use your information only to process orders and to inform you of special offers and discounts. We will not release your personal information to any third party unless you have granted us explicit permission to do so. Kindly refer to our privacy policy for further details.

Are your products organic?

All our organic products are independently certified and meet international organic standards set by Japan, Europe, US and Australia. Independently certified by the National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia (NASAA) at Australian and international standards, we are a NASAA Certified Organic (NCO) operator under the registration number 8131P in Singapore.

Since 1991, we have been the pioneers of the organic food movement in Singapore and one of the first few grocery companies to be certified from 2008. As part of our certifications, our whole process is highly audited from farm to finished product, storage and delivery to be chemical-free. We are also subject to random audit checks to ensure that our organic products are not mixed with non-organic items which are passed off as organic.

How are your products stored?

We do not fumigate our premises, thereby contaminating our produce for customers. We have instead invested in expensive 24/7 cooling equipment for storage, vacuum packaging and the use of our own NEB patches to keep pests away and lengthen the shelf life of our products. 

We also carry out our own in-house radiation checks, so that goods that do not pass checks are not fit for sale. Furthermore, we work with independent laboratories to test for pesticide residue, heavy metals, and microbials for our products before putting them on our shelves.

Where are your products from?

Our organic fresh produce is sourced mainly from Japan, Europe, US and Australia and are AIR FLOWN every week so that it reaches you in a fresher condition compared to those which come by sea.

We only import top or export grade quality produce from selected countries and suppliers.

We are open as follows -

Mon : 9.30am to 2.30pm

Tue - Sat : 9.30am to 6.30pm

Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
