Local Deliveries
Delivery charges within Singapore shall be as follows:

| Below S$100 | $15.00 |
| $100.00 and above | FREE |
All prices stated on this site are in Singapore dollars and will be subject to GST at checkout page.
We will do our utmost to send your order within 2-3 working days, subject to the delivery area and schedule.
The delivery areas in Singapore shall be as follows :
West Area: Monday & Thursday
Central/City Area : Wednesday & Saturday
East / North/ North-East Area: Tuesday & Friday
Note:
1) Delivery areas serves as a guide only and may be subject to changes.
2) Expect delays due to festive or peak periods or other unforeseen circumstances.
3) We apologize that we cannot do time specific deliveries.
4) No deliveries Public Holidays/Sundays/Company's Holidays
5) If a customer is not present during the appointed time of delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
Overseas Deliveries
For overseas orders, you will NOT be charged GST, but parcel may incur custom duties, quarantine fees or other charges) These charges will be advised and collected upon delivery by the courier company.
All costs associated with parcel delivery, including customs duties, quarantine fees, and other applicable charges imposed by the recipient’s country, will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
The following apply to all local & overseas orders:
- All orders are subject to stock availability.
- Nature's Glory will not be charged whatsoever for non-delivery or delivery at later times or dates.
- Nature's Glory will not be penalised if prices quoted are with typo errors.
- All prices are fixed and discounts are subjected to change without prior notice.
Information on our website is correct to the best of our knowledge, but maybe subjected to errors. In event of error, we endeavor to make the correction as soon as possible.
Nature's Glory shall not be held liable whatsoever in the event that such errors were to occur.

Goods purchased maybe exchanged at our showroom, for other products within 3 days of delivery provided they are kept in good original condition and original packaging.
Fresh produce must be returned within 24 hours of purchase/ delivery, to our showroom for exchange if defective. We are unable to do returns for cash.
