Tasty and satisfying duck congee for a wholesome family meal.
Ingredients:
Duck Bones
Seasoning - organic rosemary, dill, thyme, garlic, ginger, turmeric, bay leaves, oregano, basil, cloves and pepper
Himalayan salt for seasoning
Method:
- Slow boil the stock for 3 hours - duck bones with organic rosemary, dill, thyme, garlic, ginger, turmeric, bay leaves, oregano, basil, cloves and pepper.
- Rinse the organic multi-rice grains (brown, red and black) and red quinoa and add a dash of toasted sesame oil.
- Drain out the soup stock. Cook the multi-grains together. Simmer in medium-low fire for another 2-3 hours.
- Season congee with Himalayan Salt to taste
