Kudzu Jelly Recipe

Ingredients:

50g Kudzu/Kudzu powder

600cc 100% fruit juice

Method: 

  1. Mix Kudzu and juice in a heavy pot to dissolve all the Kudzu powder.
  2. After mixing, put the pot on low heat, and stir with a wooden spatula continuously.
  3. After the color of the liquid becomes clear, remove from the heat.
  4. Pour into a bowl or container and refrigerate to set.

White/Black Sesame Tofu with Kudzu (for 4-5 people) 

Ingredients: Kudzu/Kudzu powder powder 45g, white/black sesame paste 40g, a pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Mix Kudzu, sesame paste, a pinch of salt and 400cc of water well in a pot. 
  2. Keep stirring on medium heat until it boils. 
  3. After it boils and the surface becomes glossy, knead it often on low heat for about 5 minutes in order to keep it from burning.
  4. After kneading well, pour into a container and cool it with running water.
