The small and irregular shape of Sarchio corn flakes is due to a peculiar cooking process; the whole grain corn is first steam cooked and then is toasted in the oven. Simple, low-fat, sugar free and gluten free they are ideal added to milk and yoghurt; this is our suggestion for a light and healthy breakfast.
