Best Organic White Quinoa "Super Grain" 500g/1kg Organic (Best before: Approx. 1 year)

I have been purchasing organic quinoa and other dried organic products like chickpea from Nature's Glory for years as I am very pleased with their quality. As a mum with growing children, I'm particular with the quality of food I give to them as it affects their health in a long run. And Nature's Glory has been consistent in providing good quality products so I will continue to use their products. Just to share, in this picture, I made quinoa fried rice with Nature's Glory organic quinoa, served in roasted capsicum on a bed of baby spinach, cherry tomatoes with Shiraz Balsamic. I cooked quinoa in chicken stock. While it was cooking, I cooked sliced fresh white button with butter and garlic, then simmered in white wine. Then I stir fried diced chicken marinated with cumin, some curry powder and a pinch of salt. Then I fried all of them together with minced garlic. In the meantime capsicum was almost done roasting in the airfryer. Assemble, rain it with parmesan cheese and that's it! A quick and healthy meal for the family! Skip the cheese if preferred as the quinoa fried rice is tasty on its own!
