Organic Wild Black Rice Nature's Glory

Nature's Glory organic black wild rice, organically grown without pesticides and using only natural fertilizers.
Preparation: Wash rice 2-3 times. 1 cup organic black wild rice to 1.5 cups water. Add kombu or sea salt. Reduce flame and pressure cook for 45mins. For conventional cooking, bring to boil and simmer under low heat for 50 min. Take heat off and sit covered for 10 min. Soak overnight if using rice cooker; for quicker cooking and assimilation.
