CHA SOBA (BUCKWHEAT-GREEN TEA) NOODLE

Soba is rich in both protein and calcium. It contains as much vitamin B1 as brown rice and nearly twice the levels of B1 found in wheat.
Cha soba is a variation of basic soba. It is made of buckwheat flour and tea powder. When it is cooked, the color of the noodle becomes fresh green and the tea flavor is enriched. It is good to enjoy as cold noodle with Shoyu-base sauce in hot season.
Preparation: Add to boiling water. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes or until soft. Drain and rinse with cold water. Do not overcook.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Sea Salt and Tea Powder.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.
