Quinoa Udon is a traditional Japanese pasta made with Quinoa flour. Compared to other grains, Quinoa is high in protein, thiamine, etc.
Preparation: Add to boiling water. Simmer, cook uncovered for about 10 to 15 mins, or until soft. Drain and rinse with cold water to finish.
Ingredient: Whole wheat flour, Quinoa and Sea Salt.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.
