Commercial salts are often bleached, refined, microwaved and infused with synthetic chemicals that act as flowing agents to achieve the desired texture and cosmetic features. On the other hand, our salts are harvested naturally without the use of bleaching, anti-caking agents or chemicals.
Compared with table salt, they are rich and lower in sodium, making them an excellent choice for use in any kitchen or menu. Our naturally harvested organic salts are also full of nutrients and natural flavours.
Meanwhile, most commercial sugars have been thoroughly processed to remove the molasses and nutrients like phosphorus, calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium. They are highly processed and have longer shelf lives compared to unrefined sugars.
However, unrefined sweeteners provide more nutrition for our bodies than processed sugar as they are all-natural and easier for your body to digest and process. Unrefined sugars and sweeteners include honey, maple syrup, molasses, rice malt syrup, barley malt, and many more.

Atlantic Fine Salt - Coming from the clean, environmentally protected Algarvian salt marshes of Portugal, it is washed 3 times with seawater to create the smoothness and natural whiteness of our salt
French Sea Salt -Hand-harvested, stone-ground sea salt from the environmentally protected Isle of Noirmoutier, Brittany, France with no chemical processing
Unrefined Rock Salt - Harvested from dried primal seas of the Himalayas, along with slow evaporation under the sun seals many vital minerals and trace elements into this salt
