AWASE MISO WITH RICE/BARLEY (NG)

Nature’s Glory Awase Miso is a blend of well-aged Barley Miso with a light Koji Miso. It has a pleasant fragrance and a milder taste compared to Mugi Miso. It is grounded before packaging, for ease of use.
Our Awase Miso is purely made from whole ingredients, without preservatives, additives, enhancers and colouring.
It is ideal for all dishes, soups and casseroles. It also complements well with vegetables, tofu, seaweeds, shiitake and dried bonito, or whichever dishes you wish to enhance with a light miso taste.
After the ingredients in soup have been cooked, add the miso and cook under Low flame for a few minutes. Do not over boil the miso.
Storage: Keep in cool place. Refrigerate when opened.
Ingredients: Soybeans, Water, Rice, Barley, Sea Salt and Aspergillus Oryzae (koji).
