BIFUN-RICE NOODLE (WHEAT FREE)

Bifun is a thin, Chinese style noodle, made from rice flour. Bifun is a convenient and versatile noodle which can be enjoyed in salads, in soups, with sautéed vegetables, or other combination dishes.
The manufacture of bifun is different from that of udon or soba. Bifun is steamed twice, once prior to kneading mixed ingredients and once after extruding and aging. Since it is already cooked, it can be used with very little preparation time. Soaked in hot water, depending on the recipe, it is ready for use.
Ingredients: Rice and Rice Flour.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.
