Organic Gluten-Free Sourdough, Bud of Joy

Product of Singapore 

It is Moist, Soft, Chewy and has the amazing flavour of well-fermented sourdough! NO Sweeteners added in this loaf.

Each loaf is fermented for at least 12 hours before baking, giving it time to rise to its full potential. It is rich in probiotics and fibre with no preservatives, no additives and no added gums (gums potentially harm your gut). 

It will be sold uncut. You can slice it with a serrated knife and eat it with your favourite toppings!

Storage Instructions

Bread is freshly baked on Tuesday, lasts 2 days at room temperature. 

Best consumed within 2 days. Or refrigerate immediately up to 5 days. Or freeze immediately up to 2 months. Lightly toast or steam to serve.

If it is right out of the freezer, toast in the oven at 180°c for 7 mins before serving or simply let it thaw overnight in the fridge. Please take note of the expiry date as there are no preservatives added.
