Do note that breads have short shelf life as they are made without preservatives. To extend the life of bread, or if you have unfinished bread, kindly freeze it before the expiry date and preheat in the oven for several minutes till soft and warm before consumption.

Each loaf is fermented for at least 12 hours before baking, giving it time to rise to its full potential.
It will be sold uncut. You can slice it with a serrated knife and eat it with your favourite toppings!

Bread is freshly baked on Tuesday, lasts 2 days at room temperature. When frozen, can last 2 months from baked date. Toast in oven at 180 °c for 7 mins before serving right out of freezer or simply let it thaw overnight in the fridge.
