Kanten Flakes is a vegetable gel made from 8 different varieties of red seaweeds. They are cooked, formed and frozen by nature in the coldest period of the year.
Uses: Can be used to make jelly, custard, mousse, flan, cold pie & soup.
2 tablespoons Agar Agar Flakes, 3 cups Water or Juice.
1. Soak the Agar Agar Flakes in water or for about 2 hours.
2. Bring to boil then simmer on low heat stirring constantly until flakes dissolve completely.
Storage: Keep in a cool dry place.
