SOBA (BUCKWHEAT) NOODLE

Soba is rich in both protein and calcium. It contains as much vitamin B1 as brown rice and nearly twice the levels of B1 found in wheat. It can be enjoyed in hot broth, cold broth or in noodle salad.
Preparation: Add to boiling water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until noodles become soft. Drain. Wash lightly in cold water.
Ingredients: Buckwheat Flour, Whole Wheat Flour and Sea Salt.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.
