SOBA SOMEN (THIN BUCKWHEAT NOODLE)
Soba Somen is a thin soba pasta. Compared to regular soba, it is quicker to prepare and light in volume. Since the somen noodle is thinner, it is aged longer and processed more slowly to avoid breakage. Without aging, the noodle loses its chewy texture. Perfect for pasta salad.
Preparation: Add to boiling water. Simmer uncovered for about 2-3 minutes or until soft. Drain and rinse with cold water to finish. Do not overcook.
Ingredients: Buckwheat Flour, Whole Wheat Flour and Sea Salt.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.
