Sweet Potato Leaves
These are the leaves of the edible sweet potato. They are specially rich in iron.The stalks are also edible but you have to peel off its outer skin before eating. This is not as difficult as it sounds-just start from the neck of the leaves and peel downwards. It is best stir-fried with sambal blachan. Or to make a soup or gravy dish. Or add to a bean/lentil/sweet potato curry. Or fry with chili sauce and add coconut milk.
