Brown Rice Mochi with Yomogi is made entirely from sweet brown rice with mugwort added. Mugwort is a medicinal plant and is usually eaten to rid the body of intestinal worms or poisons stored in the body. Mugwort is rich in iron (4.3mg per 100g).
Brown rice mochi retains all the wholesome benefits of brown rice. It is also known to stimulate the milk-secreting glands in women after childbirth.
Bake it in a preheated oven for 7-8 minutes and serve wrapped in nori and dipped in soy sauce or as a snack or dessert.
