The Udon noodle has been popular among Japanese. The key point of manufacturing Udon starts with aging and ends with aging. Without aging, udon loses its chewy texture that is its most important feature. Nature's Glory udon are fan dried to a moisture content of 25%, and allowed to finish drying naturally, thus producing a noodle which has a consistent moisture content, both inside and out.
Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour and Sea Salt.
