1.2kg Organic, hormone-free, antibiotic-free whole Lacto Chicken
1-2 sachets of Bio-Good
1. Thaw frozen Lacto Chicken before cooking
2. Wash and prepare all ingredients to add to the soup
3. Add the water and 1-2 sachet of Bio-Good, which is an extraction from about 333g of Hokkaido golden oyster mushrooms from Japan. Add in all ingredients including the chicken and season, boil slowly over low-medium heat, for about 3 hours. Cook until chicken is tender.
