Dry Ingredients:
11/2 cup Hard Red Spring Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Wild Harvested Coconut Palm Sugar
1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Wet Ingredients:
Method:
- Preheat oven at 160 degree Celsius
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Mix all the wet ingredients together.
- Stir in the dry mixture till well mixed.
- Pour mixture in silicon loaf pan.
- Bake for about 40 minutes at 160 deg Celsius or till a toothpick in bread comes out clean
- Serve with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
