Banana Bread

Dry Ingredients:

11/2 cup Hard Red Spring Wheat Flour

1/4 cup Wild Harvested Coconut Palm Sugar

1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

Wet Ingredients:

11/2 cup mashed bananas

1/4 cup Sunflower Oil

1/4 cup HiFloAM Water

2 Eggs, beaten

Method:
  • Preheat oven at 160 degree Celsius
  • Mix all dry ingredients together.
  • Mix all the wet ingredients together.
  • Stir in the dry mixture till well mixed.
  • Pour mixture in silicon loaf pan.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes at 160 deg Celsius or till a toothpick in bread comes out clean
  • Serve with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
