Banana Bread Recipe
DRY INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Wild Harvested Coconut Palm Sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
WET INGREDIENTS:
11/2 cup mashed bananas
1/4 cup Sunflower Oil
1/4 cup HiFloAM Water
2 Eggs, beaten
Method:
  1. Preheat oven at 160 degree Celsius
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  3. Mix all the wet ingredients together.
  4. Stir in the dry mixture till well mixed.
  5. Pour mixture in silicon loaf pan.
  6. Bake for about 40 minutes at 160 deg Celsius or till a toothpick in bread comes out clean
  7. Serve with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
